Giuseppe Tartini was a musician of charismatic personality. At Padua, where he worked for most of his life, he performed concerts where people from all over the world would come to listen his music. During his life, he gained the title of the musician who, with his music, connects peoples and worldviews. Tartinijada is intended for all musicians who love music made by Tartini. It is intended for students who, because of their youth or different abilities do not have the opportunity to perform in the orchestra and do not have the opportunity to experience the power of playing together. With this purpose the scores of certain instruments are composed very simply, but with the sound and in the spirit of Tartini's compositions and music in general, adapted specifically for musicians of different knowledge, skills and age.
Tartinijada is intended for adult, professional musicians who will perform selflessly and allow the younger generation to experience playing together with a developed musician, teacher, chamber musician, soloist and orchestral musician. It is intended to connect younger and older generations of musicians and the mutual knowledge and musical gathering of musicians from nearby regions (Slovenia, Croatia, Italy). Tartinijada is designed to connect students and teachers in a musical fabric which points the younger generations through their musical life in the direction they should go. It is intended for extolling the value of good relationships between people of whom many will encounter for the first time. It is intended for a healthy spirit of each individual who will, with their presence and participation, magnify the memory of Tartini and his music and their active participation will encourage the spread of community awareness, understanding and good will, regardless of age differences, ethnicity, skin color and religion. Tartinijada follows the ideas created by the one who went before us, and we will follow him - Giuseppe Tartini.
